This site collects the details needed to review your request for portfolio information.

Information you provide

Registration records your name, surname, email address, firm, selected portfolio and access status. Approved investors sign in with a six-digit email code. Administrators also provide a password. The site records access decisions and document views to administer the data room.

Use and access

These details are used to review requests, administer approvals and protect portfolio documents. The administrator can review registration details and approve or revoke access. Email codes are personal, expire after 24 hours and can be used once; do not share them. Approval for one portfolio does not grant access to another.

Site activity

A first-party browser identifier helps count approximate visitors and page views. The administrator sees aggregate activity; the site does not store raw IP addresses in its visitor records. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours.

Documents and transactions

Review documents only for evaluating the relevant opportunity. Do not redistribute confidential material without the document owner’s permission. Fund 1’s apartment composition is supplied by the portfolio owner; further details and transaction terms are to be confirmed. Other portfolios are in preparation. A listing or access approval is not an offer, a recommendation, or confirmation that the records are complete or verified.

Privacy requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration information, contact the administrator at admin@conilstone.com. The administrator will review the request and any applicable retention requirements.
