What am I considering acquiring?
Each listing represents a residential portfolio company. The proposed transaction is a sale of shares in that company. The shareholding offered, price and transaction terms will be set out in the relevant documents.
How do I access due diligence information?
Choose a portfolio and select “Obtain due diligence information”. Register your name, surname, email and firm, and submit your request. An administrator reviews access for each portfolio.
How does my email code work?
After administrator approval, enter your registered email to request a fresh six-digit code. Each code is valid for 24 hours and one sign-in; requesting a new code replaces the previous one. Your authenticated session also lasts up to 24 hours. Access can be revoked by the administrator.
What is currently in the portfolio?
Fund 1 is the Table View Collection: three apartments in Table View, comprising two two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. Sandton Urban Living and Umhlanga Coastal are in preparation. Pricing, supporting documents and transaction terms are to be confirmed.
